Myofascial Release  Alleviates the adverse effects of inflammation, tension, and trauma by releasing the adhesions within the body’s connective tissue allowing unrestricted movement and relaxation..

Swedish Massage  Uses long gliding strokes, kneading, friction, and tapping motions. This treatment helps heal many ailments by positively affecting the nerves, muscles, glands, and circulation.
